Our Quality Assurance Manager and the Governance Manager work closely together to ensure that regulations are being adhered to and to ensure that governance of the service is being maintained whilst consistently monitoring the service to identify areas where improvements can be made to improve the lives of our residents and working conditions for our staff team.

Our Care Assistants at the service ensure that service users are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing. Care Assistants provide a person centred approach to each individual by following the person centred care plans that are in place. Care Assistants support the residents with positive risk taking whilst ensuing that they are protected from harm.

My name is Toni Green and I am Home Manager at Moss Cottage. Elderly care has always been my passion, and I thrive on passing my knowledge, experience and mentorship to our amazing staff team.
